These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Beatbite’s FASTag recharge platform (website and mobile application). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Beatbite services.
Users are required to provide accurate and valid vehicle and account details.
Beatbite reserves the right to suspend services if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
To access certain features, users may need to register and create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility.
Beatbite is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Beatbite provides FASTag recharge services only; we do not issue or manage FASTag directly.
The service must be used only for lawful purposes and valid transactions.
Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
All payments must be made using the available payment methods on the platform.
Recharge amounts once processed are final and cannot be modified.
Service fees, if applicable, will be displayed before payment confirmation.
Beatbite is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.
Refunds are handled strictly under Beatbite’s Refund Policy. Users are advised to read and understand the Refund Policy before proceeding with any recharge.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content on Beatbite are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written permission.
Beatbite strives to keep its services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Technical issues, maintenance, or third-party dependencies may cause downtime.
Beatbite is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (such as network failures or bank system errors).
Beatbite will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
Any disputes with FASTag issuers (banks/authorized agencies) are outside Beatbite’s responsibility.
Beatbite reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Fraudulent or illegal activities will result in immediate termination without notice.
Beatbite may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Users will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms upon continued use of the services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
