Guidelines for FASTag recharge refunds and customer support

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how Beatbite handles refunds for FASTag recharge transactions. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any recharge.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies only to FASTag recharge payments made through Beatbite’s platform (website or mobile application). It does not cover services offered by banks, third-party vendors, or other FASTag issuers directly.

3. Recharge Confirmation

Once a FASTag recharge request is submitted and payment is successful, the transaction is processed with the respective issuing bank or operator. You will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or within your Beatbite account dashboard.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

The recharge amount was debited from your account, but the FASTag wallet was not updated.

Duplicate transactions where multiple payments were made for the same vehicle.

Technical errors or system failures resulted in an incomplete recharge.

Refunds will not be provided in situations such as:

Incorrect vehicle number entered by the user.

User error while selecting the recharge amount.

The FASTag account is inactive, blacklisted, or blocked by the issuing bank.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refund requests are verified with the issuing bank/FASTag operator.

Once validated, the refund is initiated to the original payment method used.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or wallet provider, typically taking 5–10 working days.

6. Non-Refundable Transactions

All successfully processed and credited FASTag recharges are final and non-refundable. Beatbite cannot reverse such payments once the FASTag wallet has been updated.

7. User Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to:

Enter the correct vehicle number while recharging.

Ensure their FASTag account is active and valid.

Review the recharge amount before confirming payment.
